Jack Panizza is a Founding Director and Mechanical Engineer who has worked in industrial automation for the entirety of his career, delivering projects from feasibility study through to commissioning. His work spans lidar-based automation, digital twin systems, and point cloud processing, with a strong track record of measurable performance improvements.
JOHN PIDGEON
Director
John Pidgeon is a Founding Director and Senior Mechatronic Engineer with deep expertise in autonomous and robotic systems, from initial feasibility through to commissioning and ongoing support. He specialises in digital twin environments for simulation and control, with project experience spanning mining fixed plant automation and defence industry robotics.

Alistair Roe is a Founding Director and Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience designing, implementing, and commissioning autonomous and robotic systems. As Pipar's chief software developer, he specialises in lidar processing and digital twin development, with deployed systems operating across multiple mine sites and coal export terminals throughout Australia.

Senior Engineer
Russ Morrison is a Senior Principal Engineer with over five decades of leadership in mechanical and structural engineering, spanning hypersonic wind tunnel design, bulk handling machinery, and advanced automation systems. Russ brings unmatched depth of expertise to the Pipar team.
